Reservations & Payments
To make a reservation a 25% deposit is required by either Credit / Debit Card or Paypal account if you have one.
Full balance is payable in Euros on your arrival.
For bookings made less than four (4 ) weeks before travel date, you may be requested to make the full balance payment immediately by way of a link in an email sent to you by us.

Check In / Out
Every effort will be made to have your room ready for your arrival however, if you have an early morning arrival it is unlikely that your room will be ready before mid-day.
We ask that you vacate your room by 11am. If you have a late flight, shower and luggage storage facilities will be made available.

All guests are advised to obtain holiday insurance with adequate cancellation cover and also bring your E111 health card in case medical treatment is required

Cancellation Policies

Reservations are accepted on the condition that if a cancellation is made that No Refund will be given unless we are able to resell the accommodation originally booked.
Every effort will be made to resell the accommodation but no guarantee is given.
If we can resell the accommodation we will refund your payment. (less 10% of total reservation costs for administration )
